How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard shipping for small organizers takes 3-5 business days. For larger shelving units and storage furniture, please allow 7-10 business days for specialized freight delivery.
What is your return policy if an item doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If a product doesn't fit your dimensions or meet your expectations, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Storage King ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Are your stackable bins compatible with other brands?
While our modular systems are designed to nest perfectly with other Storage King products, many of our universal dimensions are compatible with standard shelving units from major retailers.
